The Department of Performing Arts and Technology presents dozens of concerts annually, providing various affordable opportunities for students, families and local concertgoers to experience incredible live performances. We hope to see you at a concert soon!

Purchasing Tickets

Tickets to all formal departmental performances are free for all NC State students using an exclusive coupon code.

(Please note this offer does NOT apply to concerts featuring our affiliated student-run organizations.)

Sales Flow Schedule

General tickets will become available for purchase on a select date before free NC State student tickets are available. NC State student tickets for each concert become available at 10 a.m., two weeks before the opening night of the respective performance.

We highly encourage those who plan to purchase tickets to do so before free student tickets for your intended concert become available, as performances may sell out.

The prices below reflect the standard prices for the department’s formal departmental performances featuring faculty, guest artists and academic dance companies and music ensembles.

Where to Buy Tickets

NC State Goes Cashless

Ticket Central no longer accepts cash. In response to feedback, the University invested in its technology infrastructure to increase the flexibility to accept electronic payments. Credit and debit cards are accepted.

Purchase tickets in advance through Ticket Central online or by phone.

Concert Parking

Free parking is available in the upper levels of the Coliseum Parking Deck, 201 Jeter Drive, for all weekend performances and all weekday performances after 5 p.m.

The deck is adjacent to Thompson Hall for performances in Titmus Theatre and Kennedy-McIlwee Studio Theatre and one block from the Talley Student Union for performances in Stewart Theatre.
